Order Processing Time

Each product is custom-made upon order. The standard fulfillment time is 2–5 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped to your specified address.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. However, please be aware that this offer covers standard shipping costs only. It does not include customs duties, taxes, or other import fees that may be applied by your country’s customs authorities.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Your end customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

When setting your retail prices or manually editing them, keep in mind that customs agencies often calculate duties/fees based on the declared retail price.

For international orders shipped to Canada and the UK, sellers with live rates in specific stores can choose the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option, which automatically applies customs duties and taxes to the shipping rate. That way, your end customer already covers customs duties and fees before the shipment is dispatched, ensuring faster customs clearance and a hassle-free delivery experience.

Returns and Exchanges

As each product is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes. Please refer to our sizing charts before making a purchase. However, if you receive a damaged or mislabeled item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please:

    1. Verify the shipping address provided.

    1. Check with your local post office.

    1. Consult with neighbors in case the package was left with them.

If you still haven’t received your order, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date, and we will investigate the issue.
